Tuesday Afternoon Yoga from 3:30 – 4:30pm and Thursday Lunch Hour Yoga is from 1 – 2pm.

Yoga for STRONG Bones: In this series of Five In-Person Yoga classes you will learn yoga poses that appear to raise Bone Mineral Density in the spine and the femur. You will be guided step-by-step through 12 poses with a focus on developing your strength. This Sunday series is appropriate for beginners to advanced movers, and is limited to eight participants.
Yoga with Personal Training: Join a small group of people who are also devoted to their wellness. Each individual exercise and pose will honor your range and capacity. This Friday morning series is appropriate for those with yoga experience.
