This series is for all levels.

This is a 4-class series of plyometric exercise – jumping, hopping and bounding. These explosive movements can improve bone mineral density and overall strength. This type of training develops muscle power, speed, agility, coordination and balance – all key factors in reducing your risk of falls.

And it’s FUN!

These classes are In-Person. The classes are not recorded. There are no make ups. 

*Required: Sneakers and a supportive bra.

 

 

Classes will include:

  • Low intensity warm-up of legs with exercises and drills like the Calf Raise, Grapevine and Side Shuffles
  • Then progress to Heel Drops, Toes to Squat and Low Hopping
  • Pogo Hops, Skipping and possibly Jump Rope
  • Stretching and Relaxation

Individual concerns about the movements, as well as next steps and tools you will need to move forward, will be addressed.
