Mini Yoga Registration:
Each week is different, but the constant is the attention to detail and the depth of practice. Expect to be encouraged, supported, engaged and challenged. These classes will help you build a foundation of practice and deepen the knowledge you already have. All levels are welcome.
Each class is designed to be a well-rounded approach to yoga including:
- Warm up sequences for gentle joint opening
- Breathing techniques
- Mindfulness
- Core work
- Standing alignment for strength and balance
- Restorative and restful practices
“Yoga Moves You” On-Demand
Join Jennifer Brilliant and Margi Young for the Yoga Moves You workshop recording. A three-part series on breath, movement + energy inspired by wind.
Each workshop is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length. The entire series is 3 hours and 45 minutes long.
