“Yoga Moves You” On-Demand

Join Jennifer Brilliant and Margi Young for the Yoga Moves You workshop recording. A three-part series on breath, movement + energy inspired by wind.

Each workshop is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length. The entire series is 3 hours and 45 minutes long.

On Demand Classes are for those who want the same personal experience of practicing with Jennifer, but on their own schedule.
