15 years ago, after my daughter’s birth, I had a blood clot in my leg, which compounded already inherited varicose veins. Since this difficult experience, I’ve been following the conservative protocol of my vein specialist – wearing compression stockings.
Through a regular yoga practice I’ve found techniques that help improve circulation and decrease my pain. Now I’m excited to share this with others.
